Posted - 19 June 2012 : 19:03:28 My company is going in to liquidation but we have no idea what to do. How do we deal with staff redundancy and general business closure? Can we get any external help ? Do we need to do everything themselves or do we need to bring in somebody external? |

Posted - 20 June 2012 : 12:37:43 Me too. However, researching as much as you can first allows you to become au fait with some of the jargon and law.
Hopefully this will give more productive time during the 'face to face', as the OP will have become more knowledgeable.

Theres a fair bit of information on the government website, also on acas and the CAB website.
