Posted - 02 July 2012 : 13:15:34 We now have just 9 more IPA payments to make but in all the time we've been paying we've never heard anything further from the OR or Moonbeever or had a review of our payments. There have been months where we have been better off and many months where in all honesty we've not qualified to pay anything but we've plodded on regardless making the same payment. What happens when we've made our last payment? Will anyone get in touch or is that just it?

I was in the same position as you are in that I never heard from the OR or Moonbeever during my period of paying an IPA, apart from when I had to contact them myself in respect of asking them to review my payments as my I&E had increased. They never asked for a review and I have not received anything informing me that my IPA has now finished. Although I found them to be very accomodating with my request to decrease my IPA payments, it does seem a little strange that they don't contact people during the period of their IPA's.
I'm sure you have nothing to worry about though so I wouldn't be too concerned about them not contacting you. Good luck with your future debt free life.
