Hi All,
I have now got a date to issue may bankruptcy forms at cout. it is 8th Aug 9.30am. Can anyone advise what I should expect?

Hi,
It does differ from court to court but usually you will have your forms checked by a clerk and then they will go off to be rubber stamped - you may well not see a judge.
Once they are stamped that's it - you're debt free!! You will have to have an interview with the Official Receiver but that is arranged for a later date.
