I wrote to Lloyds stating that I have obtained a copy of my credit file from Callcredit Ltd and have noticed that for 2 items that I had with them, they are still showing as having an outstanding balance whilst everything else on my credit file has a termination balance of zero. Lloyds wrote back saying they will arrange for credit files to be update to show partially-satisfied/zero balance. Stating that the bank marks the acc ‘satisfied’ ONLY when the debt has been repaid in full under the insolvency.
Do I take it that the bankruptcy did not pay off the amounts in full? Why is this? And what can I do to have it made ‘satisfied’ or does this not matter? I have emailed the Insolvency people, when I rang them I was told it was up to me to sort it out ?

Many thanks for your reply, much appreciated.
