Posted - 17 August 2012 : 06:26:55 My husband was discharged in dec 2003, his Trustee never kept him informed of the progress of his bankruptcy. I had only just married my husband in 2000 when he declared himself bancrupt, and only just remortgaged my house on buy to let to get a deposit for another house, the trustee was vile it cost me over 65K to pay off his bancruptcy, can anyone tell me if he should have had a breakdown of who claimed against him, who was paid and what they were paid and what the trustees fees were.... can he still ask for a breakdown under data protection and would the O R have these or the firm of trustees. Many thanks ( just like to say that when he went bankrupt I had lost a baby months before, we were in a terrible position and I was too confussed to think straight, now I want to know where my money went) |

Posted - 17 August 2012 : 06:38:52 You can ask, whether the info will be available is anothe matter, at the time the Trustee will have sent a statemnt to the Official receiver so that would be a good place to start, when you say you paid it to clear it, do you mean he got an annullment? |
