Is there any point keeping someone on BR who is on £71 a week? |

Well it's up to them but I am unlikely to be on anything higher for the next few years. It's only due to miracle pills I can walk without falling over in pain. I'm 4 months in so not long to go.

Yes there is, if they dont give you an ED then they dont have to do any more work on your case, if they do give you ED then they do have to do more work on your case, other reasons might be that you could receive after aquired assets during your bankruptcy, another part of the bankruptcy is the investigation into your previous affairs which can also take time |

No as I've been on SSP since the start of my BR. Nothing mentioned yet anyway. |

Did you have an IPA?
Although your circumstances won't guarantee early discharge, if they finish with your case, then hopefully you will get it. I hope so.
