Hi, my question is for Ryan, I was discharged back in feb this year and in may paid off my income payment order. I have upgraded my nationwide cash card account to a full current acct. my question is how long before I can get a mortgage with them and what are my alternatives? I know there are so called specialist lenders but which are reputable and reasonable with there rates?

Hi and welcome.

It is Ryan who posts on the sister forum and you will find his details under the 'Ask a Question' link on there.

Alternatively, look in the members list on here and search 'Ryan' and you will find his details under his profile on there.

Hi Stuart,

If you visit our sister site iva.co.uk, there is a mortgage expert listed in the experts section. Give him a call and he can advise you.
