Posted - 09 September 2012 : 15:52:43 Just a quick question. I have received a letter from the Mortgage provider saying I still owe them money and to contact them. I rang them 3 days after I was BR and told them and i gave them my number. Should they be writing to me? If the OR has not notified them by now then I guess they can (been 4 moths) but if they have arent they breaking the rules by doing so? Ta

But I will ring them anyway because my ex wife is not here so they need to be looking for her as shes not BR or in any sort of DMP. I also want to make sure they dont link her to my address financially.
