Posted - 13 September 2012 : 10:03:26 Hi,
Wondering how I will be dealt with regards an IPA.
My basic wage is only £1190, but I am commissioned on sales also. I am wondering how the OR would go about setting IPA level.
As a single person living on my own, my expenditure is around £1350 (actually a bit more but some of the things won't be allowed, like sky TV and gym membership).
My last few payslips have been; June £1190, July £2018, August £1540, September £1812, and October will be around £1500.
I would also add, as of the current period, the company has changed the goal posts for commission so those £2000+ months will be few and far between!

Posted - 13 September 2012 : 11:52:32 If your commission structure has changed then you will need to put this on your statement of affairs and also you will be able to chat all this through with the examiner when you have your meeting.
Don't worry, they won't go on past figures if these have now changed.

Posted - 13 September 2012 : 10:39:17 Ok. Thanks Viki. Over how long will an average be calculated? It's just that my past earnings are better thant future ones will be given the commission structure changes. |

Posted - 13 September 2012 : 10:28:34 An average will be used MoneyFool. Make sure you put down all your expenditure even if you think it won't be allowed or too high, you must put exactly what you spend.
