Posted - 23 September 2012 : 06:09:36 went bankrupt 2008 got a letter from a debt colector today 22/09/12 thought they had stopped as soon as i went bankrupt? also, how do i go about, removing info off experian and equifax?

As long as this debt was included in the BR then you've nothing to worry about but you can contact the OR so they can sort it out.
Unfortunately your bankruptcy won't drop off your credit records until 2014 when it will do so automatically.
