Posted - 05 October 2012 : 17:52:29 I advise you speak to the examiner again and tell her that you need to get your deposit together and can you start the IPA in a few months after you have moved.
Did she know that you were close to eviction? as usually they would wait until you had moved and do a new income and expenditure.

Posted - 05 October 2012 : 15:02:14 we were declared bankrupt on 29/08/12 our interview was yesterday when we did the income expenditure forms etc. We have registered with private landlords as well as local authority and housing assosiations. We do not know when we will be homeless but it cant be long now. I think it is an IPA but I cant remember what the lady said I was a little emotional by that point. I am really struggling to cope with the fact We have lost everything when our business failed |

Posted - 05 October 2012 : 12:28:00 Hi Stelisa,
Are you currently bankrupt?
Do you mean that you are paying an income payment agreement?
If so, ask for a payment break so that you can save a deposit.
