Posted - 05 October 2012 : 14:56:45 Hi All,
This is just a quick question - is it possible to enter into a DRO with the Trustee, even though discharge took place almost 2 years ago? Having problems with selling property, for various reasons, and wondered if it were possible to make a DRO arrangement after all this time.
Thanks.

Posted - 05 October 2012 : 16:18:35 I just realised I should have said that it was only me who was made BR, not my husband, so he still owns his share of the house. Probably doesn't make any difference, but just thought I'd ask, as it doesn't look as if we'll be able to sell the house - certainly in the remaining time-frame.

You won't be able to as you still own your own house. |
