Hi Lee,
Can you please post a few details about your situation.
Make sure you take advise from an expert as to all your options before you go to court, so you are sure that bankruptcy is the best route.

Hi and welcome.
If you are not declared br then you won't pay the fees. It is unlikely to be rejected though.
Is there any reason why you think it will be?
