There would be no reason that you would have to find new accomodation unless it's specifically written into your agreement. Niobe	Posted - 18 November 2012 : 17:21:42 Hi and welcome. Why has your IVA failed? You may still have to continue to pay upfront for your rent but you should not have to find a new property.
