Hi Diana,

As Niobe has said, depending on your situation, you may qualify for a debt relief order. Please speak to an expert to see if bankruptcy is your best option, if it is, you may be elligible for funding to help with the court fees.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

How much are your debts? If they are below £15k and you have no assets and no disposable income over £50 per month then a Debt Relief Order might be ok for you. This costs £90.

Have a chat with either the CAB or one of the experts on here - the advice is free,
