Posted - 08 December 2012 : 21:43:45 Hi, We have recently received communications with regards to PPI, as we went BR in Sept 2009 would we be entitled to claim and if we were successful would we be allowed to keep any monies I think the money would go to the OR?, even though our BR was over 3 years ago

Posted - 09 December 2012 : 17:58:07 I wouldn't give any PPI claims company your details. If you wanted to claim PPI to pay towards your debts, then you can do it yourself. A claims company will want paying regardless of where the money ends up.
Posted - 09 December 2012 : 15:34:43 Hi Viki, Thanks for the reply and confirming what we thought already. We will tell the company to stop calling or if they want to continue with the claim to contact the OR direct for details of where the payment should go if anything is due.

The PPI would have to go to the OR, regardless of how long it has been since you were discharged.
I think the money would go to the OR?, even though our BR was over 3 years ago
