Posted - 10 December 2012 : 13:20:46 Hi, Mazz here. I`ve been told I may get early discharge & I sent the IPOQ. Since then I`ve heard that the OR is applying for release as trustee. As I still haven`t been told if I`ll get an IPA or not (I`m on benefits-pension credit) is this a separate issue ? Many thanks, Mazz

Posted - 10 December 2012 : 23:51:12 Hi Mazz,
Unless your circumstances change, you won't get an IPA now, the OR is finished and you may (hopefully) get early discharge.
Good luck, keep checking the insolvency register.

Posted - 10 December 2012 : 18:27:24 I think that the details are passed to an Insolvency Practioner to over see but not sure about that. Hopefully one of the experts can confirm. |

Posted - 10 December 2012 : 14:35:23 Thanks Niobe, early discharge is not confirmed only a mabe, I hvn`t been given a date. I don`t understand what the OR being released as trustee means, what does it signify, will the OR still be in charge for 3 years ?

Posted - 10 December 2012 : 13:41:35 Hi Mazz,
If you've heard nothing by the time you are discharged then you won't get an IPA.
As you are on benefits then I doubt you will. You could always, contact the OR and ask. |
