Posted - 10 May 2013 : 15:57:32 i went bankrupt in march 2008 and was discharged september 2008, no IPA. i am to inherit around £25,000.00 shortly (debt was £30,000.) will ihave to declare this to the O.R. or am i free to do i as please with this money? |

The only time you would need to notify the OR, is if the person died before you were discharged.

If you were discharged with no IPA then the inheritance is yours to do with as you please.
