Posted - 08 June 2013 : 14:33:54 I was declared bankrupt over 3 1/2 years ago and discharged 12 months later. My experian report strangely says excellent and I have recently been given a vanquis card with £1000 credit limit.my car recently died and I need a new one for work. The coop will not consider a loan until the 6 years are up (I have a cash under account). Is there anyone out there who will give me a small loan at a sensible rate. I don't want to apply and be turned down. Thank you in advance.

You could try Carloans4U or Moneybarn as they do vehicle finance for those of us with a less than perfect record.
