Always best to seek professional advice from an expert.

if it is one or two creditors you might get lucky by writing to them and explain situation, they may give you some support

to go BR or DRO for £1500 may not be the best option

Good Luck Richard,

Hi and welcome to the forum.

If you have no disposable income over £50 per month and no assets then it might be an idea to try for a Debt Relief Order. This will cost you £90 and you would be debt free in twelve months.

You can own a car but it can't be worth more than £1000.

You could have a chat with the CAB or an expert on here for some free advice.
