Why is there no help or advice available for the non bankrupt joint owner of a property? Or for the ex partner/family of a bankrupt? why is there no financial schemes to help a family stay in their home that although jointly owned by a bankrupt is not and has not been the home of the bankrupt for years as well as the bankrupt not financially contributing or contributted for years? Familes, ex partners and joint owners are left with no help no support and lose their home through no fault of thier ownn

Hi Loz,

I remember your situation, and you've had a really tough time. You posted a while back that you had a solicitor, have they helped you at all? Are you still in your home?

Hi Loz,

I can only suggest that you speak to the CAB or take some free legal advice (usually free for the first consultation)or speak to an expert such as Viki who posts on here.
