I realise that you posted this ages ago so not sure whether you will look in again.
If the person who is leaving you the money dies before or during your bankruptcy, then the inheritance will go to the OR, regardless of when it gets paid out.
If the person dies after you've finished your bankruptcy, then it's yours.
Sorry for the delay in replying. I believe that if you know that this inheritance will be due at some point when you declare BR then it will have to be paid across.
However I suggest speaking to someone like CAB or one of the experts that post on here for some free advice.
