Posted - 30 January 2014 : 17:30:22 I was made bankrupt in march 08, and because I was unemployed for 6 months after, the bankruptcy was cleared oct 08. The building society I was using closed my account with me owing £3oo.This is the only delinquent account I've got on my credit report, and it will be 6 years old in June. Will this disappear from my credit report in June?Being a builder, I can't get any accounts with suppliers who do credit checks on me.

As Niobe has suggested, you will need to check your credit reports.

Is it showing a default at all? Have you checked with the credit reference agencies?
What you may need to do is send off a copy of your discharge and get it removed.
