As Viki says, you need to seek help and the initial advice is free and might be able to help you sort things out.

I suggest you seek advice ASAP. You can make an appt with your local CAB or contact an expert to chat through your options.
There are many solutions available when you're struggling with debt. Your rent is priority so pay that first before making your debt repayments.
