I've found out why Equifax have no record of my BR that's because they don't have the address on there that was shown on the BR. i thought BR stuck with a person and not an address?
I have informed them but it's still not on some 6 months later. My parents who live there have had perfect ratings for the past 30 years and so I hope it does not go against them.

Posted - 09 February 2014 : 19:59:45 Thanks. My score is still very low even with it not on so I am sure it's still having an effect and rightly so.

Posted - 09 February 2014 : 17:37:16 okay so if it's registered against me then why is it that I can leave 1 address off my credit file and it not affect it?
that's what's confusing me. |

Posted - 09 February 2014 : 16:26:12 It won't affect your parents at all as a BR is not registered against the address but against the person.
