I am now divorced from my ex-wife. She too went BR IN 2010 and I purchased her Beneficial Interest in the House. She has gone but there is still a Mortgage in joint names and so I appear to have a financial connection with her. I alone pay the Mortgage but the BS will not take her off the mortgage without either her permission(I have no idea where she is) or unless I settle the Mortgage. Any got £192,000 I could borrow. Apart from a notice of Correction, How can I get this "Association" removed?

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
