Posted - 22 May 2014 : 21:56:38 I went bankrupt in march 2009 and was discharged in September 2009. In October 2009 I was amazingly given a credit card which I used wisely and last June I paid balance in full and then cancelled card. My question is can I claim a PPI on this card as it wasn't part of my creditors as I didn't get this card until after discharge from my bankruptcy?
