Hello all

I hope you are all well.

Things are ticking along and it's now time for me to be made a director of the family's property business.

I was discharged after the year and had no payment order or conditions set out to me. As I safe to assume there is nothing stopping me from becoming a Director?

Thanks

Good luck.

Good for you pcoventry. My hubby would move us all abroad if he could! Although he wants to move to Greece. Or Golden Oaks in Walt Disney World Florida!

That's good news - hope you can move to Spain or somewhere. Much better than here!

it is fab is it not?

Although I woke up this morning to a phone call, a relative on her 90th birthday had given us 4 grandkids a cheque each and I'm in shock and still shaking after knowing for 12 hours.

I'll be even better when I buy a new house in the next few weeks and have no debt, no mortgage and a healthy bank balance. I am seriously considering Spain or somewhere. Start again

Thank god I signed the clean break agreement yesterday.. It's all MINE muhahahaha.

Must admit that at the moment I am loving the fact that other than my mortgage, I have no credit at all and still manage to make some savings.

Thanks,

Walking into to see a bank manager and walking out with a massive loan on the company was not what I expected. I did confess about being BR but he said he didn't care as all the lending was being levied against the company.

It made me smile because before I was forced into BR by my horrible ex wife I could walk into anywhere and get credit. I had a score of 999 across the board and years or perfect repayment history.

It's nice to be back in the game ;)
