Posted - 13 November 2014 : 09:53:52 As Niobe has said, you need to liaise with the mortgage company. If you don't leave voluntarily when they want you to then they can appoint bailiffs to evict you, but that would require a court order. Best to try and set a date with the mortgage company.

Posted - 13 November 2014 : 08:53:58 Hi James,
Sorry to hear of your problems. I don't know how long you will have - might be worth speaking to your mortgage company to ask them?
Hopefully you can find somewhere before then and get settled in for Christmas.
