Posted - 28 January 2015 : 18:27:54 I am declaring bankruptcy. I live with my parents and pay them board. Will this be allowed as an expenditure that i can continue paying once i am declared bankrupt with regards to the IPO?

It may be worth your while telling the forum the amount of your debts and whether advise has been taken. You only enter bankruptcy as a last resort and there are other alternatives.

You are allowed living expenses so the board paid to your parents will be ok.
