This is a slightly grey area in the bankruptcy process. There is nothing set down in The Bankruptcy Act or Rules relating to this subject. The Official Receiver can go back and study your bank statements for an indeterminate period of time. It is, however, unlikely due to the time constraints of the Insolvency Service.

AS far as I am aware the OR will look back at least five years to make sure that you haven't tried to hide any assets.
Not 100% sure on that so hopefully either Viki or Blackie will be along to advise.
