HI, I got a letter from solicitor concerning the transfer of my property back to me , they say that with me not instructing a solicitor it is my responsibility to deal with the following matters, obtaining consent from mortgage company to the transfer as they have a restriction against the title and deal with the registration of the transfer at the land registry in order to remove the bankruptcy notices and restriction from the title, please help as I can't afford a solicitor, thanks

Hi,

Do you have a copy of your discharge notice? If so then send a copy to the mortgage company and tell them to remove the restriction. I'd also send a copy of the letter from the solicitor.
