Posted - 05 May 2015 : 20:19:38 Hi, I am new to this forum, Am I right in thinking that the prohibition on suing a bankrupt only applies if the creditor is on the list of creditors? Any case law to back this up?

Not sure about your question - any debts are included if you are bankrupt.
Speak to an expert if you are not too sure.
