Posted - 05 June 2015 : 19:19:59 hi everyone, I'm wondering can anyone shed some light on a letter I've received today from the enforcement of judgements office. It's a notice of intention to stay enforcement. It says 'take notice that it appears to the EJO that enforcement of judgement in the above matter ought to be stayed on the ground that having regard to the liabilities of the respondent the property of the respondent ought to be administered for the benefit of all creditors. I've googled this I have no idea what it means! Please help!
