Posted - 08 June 2015 : 15:06:54 I'm in the process of writing letters to creditors asking them to change default start date of iva as some r wrong and at the end of July this yr will have been 6 yrs since the start of the iva so should come off accordingly, I'm using the template letter someone on here showed me, and website. However what is a notice of correction? When I ask the creditors to change the start date they won't put a note on notice of correction will they? As presume that needs to be clear too? Thanks

You need to send a copy of your discharge certificate to those creditors who are still defaulting you. All default dates should be gone after the date of your BR.
