Posted - 02 July 2015 : 04:00:34 I went bankrupt in 1995 and was informed that the Trustee could by law take 25% of my pension and then 5 yrs annuity. I have just been informed that due to the change in the pension laws they want all of my fund. If I had known that they can change the law and then apply it retrospectively to there advantage I dont think I would have gone bankrupt. Is there any chance of fighting this?

I wouldn't know if you could fight it, perhaps you should take legal advice.
Have you got it in writing that the trustee was only going to take 25%?
