How much debt do you have and how much equity is in your home?
Posted - 19 November 2015 : 18:17:13 Hi and welcome,
I very much doubt that you could remortgage or that your current company would touch you. If you have a lot of equity in your home then you may well lose it. The OR has two years and three months in which to sort out your house.
I do feel for you but I'm afraid the creditors will want back as much as they can.
The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
