I have no public transport links where I live. He paid approx £8000 for the car. If I go bankrupt will this be outside my bankruptcy exempt?

Posted - 07 January 2016 : 09:03:49 Hi and welcome,
If the car belongs to your father and you have the proof then there will be no problem - you can drive it.
The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
