Lesley.m	Posted - 15 February 2016 : 00:37:22 I am living abroad in an EU country. My IVA failed as the bank repossessed my house. I have no assets and no cash in the bank and am living in rented property. The IP wants to serve me with bankruptcy papers via email. Is this allowed?
