I AM REFERING BACK TO A PREVIOUS POST WHERE JULIAN MENTIONED THAT THE DEBT RELIEF ORDERS ARE DUE IN SOON ON READING THE ARTICLE ABOUT THIS IT ALSO MENTIONED REGULATING DMPS AND GIVING THE DMP PROVIDERS THE AUTHORITY TO WRITE OF A CERTAIN AMMOUNT OF THE DEBT REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE CREDITOR SAYS IN ABLE FOR THE DEBTOR TO BE ABLE TO PAY OFF THE DEBT IN A REASONABLE TIME AND FOR THE CREDIOTRS TO BE UNABLE TO PETITION FOR BANKRUPCY WHILE THE DEBTOR IS ON THE PLAN IS THIS TRUE?
SORRY FOR THE LONG QUESTION I HAVE ALSO REALISED I HAVE GOT CARRIED AWAY AND HAVE PUT NO FULL STOPS IN.
MANY THANKS

Posted - 31 August 2008 : 10:51:42 Hi Jane,
Not sure on that one, maybe someone else can shed a bit more light on that subject. I too read that the other day on here but it may be a case of wait and see. As to be honest we hear so many rumors but sometimes that is all they are and they then confuse people, and for me thats not too hard to do. :) Anyhow maybe someone else can shed a bit more light on this and then we will know. Thanks again JO
