Posted - 31 August 2008 : 16:02:38 as the vast majority of my debt was accrued in 1999-2000, around £50k, this was after paying to renovate my partner and myselfs house, the mortgage was in her name and we split up and i was left with the debt, the other £20k has been generated begging from peter to paul over the course of 8 years. will the OR need statements from 1999 as most of the debt was cash withdrawls on cards to pay builders, mainly on the fiddle as it was far cheaper. hindsight is a wonderful gift isnt it? |

It is unlikely that even the banks have kept statements that long (usually, they only keep them for about 7 years).
