Hello

I have my court date on 11/09.Just a question about moving, will it be ok to confirm moving date to scotland now or should I wait until after the OR has made initial contact after court date.

Many thanks

Hi Nicola,

If the debt was just consumer debt and not linked to a business, it is likely you'll have a telephone interview anyway. Just keep the OR informaed of your contact details ... I very much doubt they'll drag you down from Scotland to Southend.

You could always ask at the court and see if they know anything or even try the ORs office only a thought.

Thanks Jo.The only post I can find that refers to someone from Romford court which uses the OR at southend seems to have had a face to face interview.I didnt want to move to Scotland and then have to come back to southend!

Thanks

Morning Nicola,

As far as i can see that should be ok as long as the OR has both an up to date address and contact number to be able to get you on, then from what i can see that should be fine.

I dare say if im not right then someone will advise but i do think what i have said fits the bill.

Keep smiling

Jo
