Posted - 01 September 2008 : 18:37:49 Hello - I am trying to complete the BR forms on line and have a couple of questions (I'm sure there'll be more!!) In the unsecured creditor section it asks for 'date incurred' - I am putting credit cards in and I have had debt with them for years but I don't know any dates - does anyone know what I should put? In the secured creditors I have listed my house - it says 'Amount Owing' so I have estimated the outstanding mortgage amount and then it says 'What is it's present value?' is this the value of the house? If I put that amount in and save it the main sheet shows 'net owing' as the value of the house - is that correct? Doesn't seem right to me! Many thanks. |

Posted - 01 September 2008 : 18:50:53 hi just thought I would say that I had a problem with the house valuation section when completing the forms online. I have a secured loan aswell as a mortgage and the computer didn't recognise that I was in negative equity (it ended up adding the 2 values together). I ended up putting in what it asked for and then I crossed out the incorrect figure and ameded it and signed next to it when I printed the forms out. There were no problems with this when I took the forms to the court. So if the figure it has calculated doesn't seem right them I am sure you can amend it on paper the same as I did!
Hope that helps

Posted - 01 September 2008 : 18:39:37 Hi Jude I just put a rough guess with regard to the dates, the mortgage i put what we owed including the redemption figure and the i got 3 valuations and did the middle of the 3 for my figure for the current value.
Keep Smiling Jo :)
