it asks for a list of unsecured creditors, does this include credit cards as i have already listed them on section 5.

Hi Harbourmaster,
With 7 properties, yours sounds like a very complicated case. I would suggest a quick chat with one of my colleagues on the helpline may be in order. As property is such a grey area in BR, you need to make sure you do it right or you could end up going through BR and still end up with debts!

Yes you do need to place them all:( in the secured anad unsecured sections to be on the safe side. That in itself is sooooooooo time consuming.
I know i only had one home but about 14 creditors and about 4 or 5 credit cards along with current accounts and savings it went on and on and on and well you get the picture. :)

Hi Jo, you are not wrong with that one. Been at it since last Thursday!!! trouble is we have 7 houses between us and I need to make sure that we are covered if any of them go into neg eq. That means oputting them on the secured and unsecured bit ofthe SOA if I am not mistaken. |

And thankyou for the offer i help with Ebay i may be getting you to help me with that. :)
Its up to you, can you afford it, maybe a token payment just before. Its up to you. I made my last token payments to them in June about the 10th and went BR in August on the 4th.
So again its up to you mate.
