Glad I can help... I have been through IVA and into BR so know how you are feeling.
BR has been a complete clean start for me and after declaring myself BR in April am hoping to have an early discharge from BR in the next few weeks.
It's a hard decision to make but to me I felt like I was finally taking back control from my creditors and am now totally debt free. It's an amazing feeling!
Good luck in whatever you decide to do

Hi

it would be useful if you can let us know what the level of debt is and what your disposable income is.

this will give a quick picture of the viability of a DMP or IVA.

The DMP you are currently struggling with may be too optimistic and perhaps the first step is to review these payments before taking the big step of Br.

However if Br is the right solution it is not nearly as scary as you may think and the forum is here to help and support

Hi s.j.
It's difficult to say whether or not BR is a good solution for you as a brief summary of you circumstances is needed to determine one way or the other.

However, if you really do feel you need to get your debts resolved once and for all then with IVA not being an option and the DMP proving difficult BR may well be your best, or maybe only, option.
