Hi

the petition fees are £495 and are payable in cash on the day.

provided that you owe debts that you are unable to repay then you can petition for your own Br.

Worth double checking to make sure it is the right solution first.

You should review your level of debt, your disposable income and the value of any assets.

this should give you a picture of your solvency then you can review the posibility of repaying the debt via a DMP or IVA. If these are not viable then Br is a viable option

Hi Paul and welcome

I am not 100% sure but the fees i paid are £495 as there has been an increase and i cant answer that about losing the fees as im not 100% sure.
Maybe someone else will know more as i have not come across this question before.
Thanks and

Keep Smiling
Jo :)
