Posted - 04 September 2008 : 23:12:26 i have over 26000 to pay on cards that have been closed now for over a year and i have been arangeing payment and paying them but thay keep passing on the dept and loos track of whats going on and now i get more and more letters asking to pay in full i work on and off as i work alot over seas and sometimes this is only for 6 months and on low pay please can you arange something that i can pay and keep paying with no creditors stoping after a few weeks i was paying 55 a month which was all i could aford and now thay have all stoped please contact me on how i can arange something to pay this off thank you as im over seas at this time thank you for your time

I don't think you have sufficient disposable income to enter an IVA and you would be paying £55 a month for a very long time in a DMP. Perhaps you should consider bankruptcy if you are no longer able to pay your debts. You could try ringing the helpline on here for some advice or if you need any further information that is specific to your situation.
