prior to bankruptcy the county court has requested 3 months payslips + 3 months bank statements, must these also be photocopied x 3, same as debtors petition and statement of affairs, thank you.

Hi H

unless the court has requested it when making the appointment you don't actually have to provide any back up evidence at all at that stage. The OR will request what he needs.

Hi HM

No i just took my SoA to the court along with my fee and myself.
I did not take any wage slips, the only reason I could have taken mine as I was told by the Court was if i wanted to try and get some of the cost back.
I have another 5 months to do that, but i will write to them after my holiday, just too many things going on at the moment.

Do we need to take a copy of pay slips? I have not read that these are needed.

Hi dogs3
you only need 1 copy of wage slips, statements etc.
The court will forward these to the OR along with one of the copy petitions and SoA's.

Hi and welcome

Is that to get some of your fee back?
I would say originals and keep the photocopies for yourself.
Thanks
