you should speak to a professional as there may be issues with the job if you have any claim on a partnership or GP surgery.
You would certainly be looking at an income payment agreement so it is worth reviewing All OF YOUR OPTIONS iva, debt management, bankruptcy.

You could also look at an IVA or debt management plan depending on your disposable income.
Perhaps you should contact an Insolvency Practitioner who can talk you through your options.

Posted - 07 September 2008 : 22:12:24 Hi the fastest way has to be bankruptcy but your disposable income would more likely dictate which route is best for you.
As far as I'm aware there is no restriction on doctor's continuing their profession whilst in bankruptcy.
