i have an overpayment in benefits that i dont agree with i won my appeal but they are still asking for 18000 to be repaid, dwp say evidence is with thier solicitors to see if it was a fraudulant claim and has been for four months, can i go bankrupt with this debt, i have bipolar disorder and it just making me so ill i cant find a way out.
